“From booking this property until check out, Jake was always nice and responsive. Everything was as described. Nice apartment. Spacious, clean, had a lot of character, and within walking distance from canal/bourbon area. Feeling safe was also important to us, being an all female group and we definitely felt safe.. We also appreciated not having long, drawn out check out instructions…he simply just wanted us to gather our belongings and be out on time . Overall, our stay was 10/10. Would definitely recommend .”

“This place was amazing. It was big enough for our group and within walking distance of so many things! There was street parking but we found it easier to park in a garage and walk a couple of blocks. There was very minimal street noise inside considering it is in the city. We would absolutely recommend staying here!”

“We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. The location was perfect. We walked every where even though it was raining the entire weekend. It became an adventure and had the best time! My boys loved it! The place is very chic and just like the pictures. There was lots of room for the six of us and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have any issues at all. Jake was great and responded super fast. We would totally come back and stay the Jake's place.”
