How an Heirloom
Is Made

The Founders

Dan & Frank

We started Heirloom because we kept having the same experience: plan a group trip, book a place that looks great online, arrive to find a house that clearly wasn’t designed for a group. Everyone fights over the one good bedroom. The kitchen can barely fit two people. The “outdoor space” is a narrow patio with two chairs.

We knew we could do better. Not by finding better rentals, but by designing them ourselves. So we assembled a team of designers, architects, product thinkers, and hospitality professionals and got to work. The idea was simple: what if every room, every amenity, and every detail in a home was designed with the group in mind?

That question became Heirloom.

From Vision to Reality

Most rental companies list
other people’s homes.

The Build

On-site, end to end

We manage most builds and renovations ourselves. Whether we’re restoring original plasterwork in a 19th-century home or pouring the foundation for a desert compound, our team stays involved at every stage. Nothing is left to chance, from structural engineering to the placement of every outlet.

Pools, spas, rooftop decks, chef’s kitchens, XL dining tables, pickleball courts, gardens, game rooms. Every amenity exists because our team designed it with your group in mind.
