This property is situated on a lot that includes both a main house and a cottage house. This listing is for the main house ONLY. We rent the main house and cottage house separately, it is possible another group may be renting the cottage house during your stay. The outdoor pool space can be accessed by both the main house and the cottage house. Please inquire if you are interested in both homes or the cottage house separately. “We stayed for a bachelorette party and it was a nice house that worked for our group! When there were issues, someone was sent to the house to have them remedied. Communication was quick and the location very close to Forsyth and not too far from Downtown.”

“This was a beautiful house in a lovely location. Walkable to the park, quiet residential area close to a grocery store, restaurants and a great thrift store :-). The pool was lovely and the property manager was extremely responsive to any questions we had, highly recommend!”

“This is a gorgeous, well maintained Victorian home in a quiet neighborhood near Forsyth Park. Extremely walkable neighborhood with a Kroger about 2 blocks away & a short ride to downtown, river district, and other nearby areas. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were & the beautiful decorations and furnishings. Jay & the management team were very responsive. Highly recommend this home!!”
