Our home is located steps from the French Quarter in the historic and culturally vibrant Treme, just blocks from North Rampart Street. This is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area. For those interested in experiencing the gastronomy of the city, some of the best bars, restaurants, and cafes in the country are located in our immediate neighborhood. We are also within walking distance to the African American Museum, St. Augustine Church, Louis Armstrong Park, and other notable sites in NOLA. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
We are within close walking distance of the French Quarter, and are a few blocks from the North Rampart streetcar line. Biking is another convenient option as there are plenty of rental outlets in the city. Louis Armstrong International Airport is a 20-30 minute trip away by Uber/Lyft or taxi.

“Charlie’s listing was absolutely AMAZING! We took a girls trip. There were eight of us total and the house was absolutely stunning. We had plenty of room. The house was decorated so cute with a New Orleans old time charming vibe for the city’s culture and art. The host took time to make sure that there was coffee and everything was fully stocked such as plenty of towels and laundry detergent and extra supplies ready for us. Everything smelled so clean and fresh. Location was just 15 minutes from downtown areas like Bourbon Street and Riverwalk area and a few cute local eating spots! The location looks a little rough, but was super quiet and we never had any problems during our stay. Will definitely book again!!!”
“Very spacious for our group of 5. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and laundry well stocked with necessities. Air conditioning in the primary bedroom was lacking, the rest of the house was well cooled and matched set temperature. Locals advised the neighborhood was not safe to be walking around at night. We used Lyft to get around over half mile due to the heat, but never felt unsafe coming or going. After a bad storm we came back to find a broken shutter and puddles throughout (roof & door leaks) the house. Some puddle worse than others. The house smelled very musty afterwards in the common areas, we stayed in bedrooms when in to avoid the smell. Charlie and his team were very responsive and contacted me by messaging and calling. The shutter was repaired the next day. I feel the leaks will need to be addressed from the roof and seals around the doors and windows when home doesn’t have guests. Overall I recommend the property and would rent again if traveling with a large group.”

Everyone had their own bed, and the three bathrooms were clean, spacious, and made getting ready so easy. The home was even better than the photos, the check-in instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
