The entire home is for your exclusive use. Although, the pool and backyard area are shared with the other homes in the building.
Hosting style
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.

Our location could not be more convenient. You are just a short five minute walk from the vibrant shops, cafes, and dining spots along Magazine Street. This charming stretch of the Lower Garden District offers a mix of boutiques, vintage finds, art galleries, and local restaurants, all within easy reach. “Beautiful space with everything we’d need, great location and very walkable. When needing to go further out, Ubers/Lyfts only cost about $10-$15. Big TV’s in each room with comfy beds and bedding was amazing! Daniel was very responsive from the point of booking and we appreciated his quick attention to detail. The pictures and bed/room configuration do not match the residence. We were a little confused at first because you walk in (and although it’s beautiful no matter what) it is nothing like the pictures included in the listing. There is also bedrooms pictured with two double beds (one being a bunk bed) and I would suggest future bookers follow the listing description of what bed is in each bedroom rather than the pictures because although I noticed this discrepancy, I figured pictures were going to be the most accurate. The listing does mention the apartment being under renovation but since the current pictures still look modern, we were left a little surprised.”
