Our home is located on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on traffic conditions.

“The listing was what we were looking for. Located in a great place and had everything we needed. We had some difficulty getting to the house because of the roadwork. There is plenty of road work all around. A heads up of the road work would have been helpful, but once we got to the room we knew how to get around.”
“Daniel was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. The place was just as described. There was construction in the area, that made accessing the building a little complicated, but that had nothing to do with the host. Looking forward to booking here again.”
“We loved our stay! We thought the location was perfect and the home was so beautiful!”
“Enjoyed our stay. The house was as described, very spacious and comfortable, my kids loved having multiple bedrooms to choose from. In a quiet area but walking distance from some coffee shops, stores and a few restaurants (plus the alligator museum that my 4 year old loved!). The pool was very nice to have, perfect size and depth for kids (but there is broken glass on the ground as you walk to the pool area so wear shoes!). The biggest downside was the road construction work literally right outside the house, concrete dust constantly blowing around and covering everything. The city also shut the water off for most of the day while we were there, however Daniel's team was proactive about calling to let me know and also checking back in. Even with those last few things, I would rent this property again.”
“Great stay. No complaints other than the hallway lights are always on and you can’t turn them off. At all. Also the upstairs bathroom was easily 95+ degrees pretty much all the time. But great location and good house outside of all that.”
“I’m not sure how I could say how much we enjoyed our family vacation here. Everything is perfect, location is best in NOLA. House was Perfect, host were the best we ever had. We will be coming back every year!! Book here!!!”
