While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself. Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on traffic conditions.

“Great airbnb for a big group (although be mindful of ratio of bedroom to bathrooms). Long steps to get in but spatious living space, updated amenities and very responsive and helpful host. They made sure all our concerns were addressed promptly. Location is nice and quiet and an uber/streetcar ride away from the bustling touristy scene. Good access to St Charles, Audubon park, etc.”

“We loveddd our stay! Not only would we book this place again, we already are 😅 We love the neighborhood and the rental is perfect for a big family or joint vacation with friends. We have never had a better stocked Air bnb! And the check out was so easy- they don’t make you feel like a maid at all. Yes there is road work- but honestly, we kind of liked it bc you can still park very close to the rental on the street. But also there is no traffic in front of the building during the day, which is great if you are out walking and exploring the neighborhood with kids. This is going to be our Nola spot from now on. We just absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood. There were plently of days we just never touched our cars and just enjoyed the local record store and clothing shops and Mojo’s coffee etc… or the beautiful parks nearby. We don’t live too far from Nola so we go all the time and this has been our favorite rental for how we travel. Thank yall!”
