HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals' favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
The French Quarter is an 8-10 minute drive away. Biking is a convenient option as there are plenty of rental shops nearby. This is a walkable neighborhood -- take a stroll along gorgeous Crescent Park on your way to the French Quarter.

“Gorgeous house. Very big with lots of space. The pool was a huge plus in the very hot June/July heat. The surrounding neighborhoods were a little sketchy and run-down, but the street we were on was peaceful and we never felt unsafe. The host offered great communication and instructions. Would recommend!”

“Superb stay at Marks!! House is beautiful, incredibly comfortable beds, big rooms, lovely furniture. Probably the best linen and pillows I’ve ever slept in an AirBnB. It’s clear he cares for his guests comfort. Perfect sports bar round the corner JJ’s and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Quiet neighbourhood so very easy to get to sleep. Pool outside is very clean and great to relax around. Highly recommend Marks place to families or group travellers. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb on Burgundy Street! We booked it for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect for our large family of 10. The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was definitely a huge bonus and such a nice touch, especially before wedding events—it gave us a chance to unwind and enjoy quality family time. The location was excellent—very close to downtown New Orleans, which made getting around easy and convenient. There were also so many great food options nearby, which we loved! The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and answered all of our questions quickly, making the entire stay stress-free. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood, which was important while traveling with family. Thank you for helping make such a special weekend even more memorable.
