“Stayed here for my friends bachelorette party. Space was great. Beds were comfy and clean as well as both bathrooms. Couch was comfy and clean. Common area/living room was a little tight for as many people as we had but overall it was great for this occasion! Location was perfect, Walkable to FQ and everything we needed.”
“Highly recommend this location for New Orleans! A quick 2.5 blocks to Canal St. and the French Quarter! Easy walk to Poydras St. as well. Although we were on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator and all was super convenient. I would love to stay in this apartment again when I’m next in NOLA!”
“Beautiful apartment, plenty of space for our whole group, and loved that we could walk to the French Quarter! Patrick was awesome, super responsive and answered all of our questions and made some recommendations! Can’t wait to come back!”
“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was a spill or unknown substance outside the front door that had not been cleaned up. There was also a dead roach outside the entrance, and the inside of the Airbnb had a strong odor that smelled like roach spray or pesticides. The floors were dirty upon arrival, which made the space feel unclean from the start. We also saw a rodent during our stay and noticed multiple rodent traps throughout the property. Traveling with small children, this was especially concerning because the traps could have posed a safety hazard. The window was left wide open when we arrived and was difficult to close. In addition, the water service was out for a period of time, which significantly impacted our stay and made it difficult to use the home as expected. Overall, the cleanliness, pest issues, maintenance concerns, and interruption of basic utilities made this a very unpleasant experience.”
“My stay was awesome. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and clean. The first bathroom tub was a little high. The air conditioner works good. The elevator is small. The kitchen has every tools to cook with stainless steel appliances. It’s only one TV in the living room. The comforters are nice and fluffy. Every time I text time he responds quickly. Under the bed needs a little more attention in cleaning.”
“Our family of 7 enjoyed this beautiful historic building. So close to the French Quarter, it was easy to walk to and enjoy the amenities that New Orleans has to offer.”
