You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Getting around
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD and other area landmarks. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

“Our trip to Savannah, including our stay in this house, was enjoyable. However, I reached out when we booked to make sure the issues mentioned in other reviews about the back deck and hot tub had been addressed. I was assured all was in good order. There were some minor maintenance issues in the house itself, but as mentioned in previous reviews, the back looks NOTHING like the five photos plus the photo used for the profile picture. There are zero plants, the sofa cushion is torn to shreds, and the hot tub cover is in bad disrepair. We didn't bother trying the hot tub. It would not have been as big of an issue had I not been reassured that everything was good. Plus, when I brought up the misleading photos and false reassurance, plus the minor maintenance issues, I got a stock AI response thanking me for bringing this to their attention. Unimpressed.”

“Beautiful home in a cute area, close to Forsyth park. Walkable if you’re able to do longer distances, but easy enough to park nearby if you need to drive! The inside of the home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Three of the four bedrooms are quite small, but we didn’t have any issues with it. The only downsides were that the outdoor space didn’t look really anything like the photos and there was unexpected maintenance/entry into the back patio that we hadn’t been warned about. The patio had no plants, and the outdoor couch was ripped. I saw one other review mention that the outdoor space wasn’t like the photos and they’d responded that it had been taken care of, but clearly that part hasn’t been. Overall it’s a great spot, clean, incredibly comfortable beds/linens, very reasonable price. I’d stay here again, just wish the outdoor space had been as cute as it looked like it was in photos.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home is on a nice quiet street but only two blocks from Forsyth Park and restaurants/shops. You do not need a car, we walked all the way to the Wharf and back taking in all beauty of the city, and it was so easy and enjoyable. The Kitchen and family room areas were lovely, we were able to cook dinners, hang out, and enjoy family after a day of sight seeing. Bed linens and towels were very clean and we had plenty for the week we were there. We had several questions and the hosts answered within minutes and made sure we had everything we needed. This home made our stay in Savannah fantastic! Thank you!”
