NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to local landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

“There are 2 flights of stairs to the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The home was close to things to do in town.”
“The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful. AC was very strong and efficient for hot and humid weather. Light switches were clearly labeled. Access into the space using the automated lock was smooth and easy. The space as a whole was very clean. The wash drying system worked well and was nice to have. Areas for improvement would be the following: - The space could be more modernized such as water had low pressure and took a while for warm water. (Sometimes water had an odor too.) - We had to reconnect a closet door to its track system. - The back outside area wasn’t very well kept or cleaned in terms of furniture along with very little privacy from neighbors. - Two spots were available for parking in the back, but not a lot of space maneuvering vehicles due to trash barrels and unkempt landscaping. - Beds weren’t the most comfortable - specifically king bed. - exterior doors didn’t form greatest seal. Overall happy with stay, but photos perhaps were a bit misleading”
