“Great stay and great location.. the only thing to keep in mind is that there is a little bit of stairs to go up and down, but it says it in the description. Place is super nice and it has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking!”

“What a fantastic place ! ( we stayed in unit 3, upstairs). The location canNOT be beat. The house is situated on one of the most beautiful tree lined streets, historic Colonial Park Cemetery across the street, tour accessible, walking distance to literally everything. You could walk to every square in town, to the river and back down to Forsyth. Quiet at night. The unit was a perfect blend of historic and modern function. The AC was powerful thank goodness! Be advised, you will need to walk upstairs to get inside the building itself (#2), and then up again (#3), and then again if you get unit 4. Yes, it’s air conditioned inside. Communication with the Host was extremely easy, fast, and sensible. Thanks for that! We’d absolutely stay here again.”

“Great location, nice place, very responsive host. Not the best for young kids. The stairs up to the condo are beautiful and historic but not sturdy or up to modern code. There were very large wall mirrors that were not secured to the walls and a dresser that the legs fell off just putting our clothes in. The coffee table was also wobbly, and the oven door did not seal shut which let out very hot air. The only way to get to the shared courtyard space was a fire escape. All of this is fine if you are staying with adults but with young children it felt unsafe. Also the beds were 100% foam with no support. We all slept horrible. And the kitchen is lacking key tools like tongs, colander, whisk and even scissors. If these things were addressed then the rating would for sure be higher. The company reached out to send maintenance to fix the issues but we chose to keep our privacy and have them addressed after we checked out as we were only staying a few days. They were very kind.”

“Great location, walkable to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. So many places and not enough time to see everything! Nice, large rooms, well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed it. Just as described, there are stairs outside to get to the front door and then stairs to get to our appointment, so getting our things from the car to our appointment was a challenge in the rain. Very responsive host, would definitely stay again.”
