Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Euterpey streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“Had a great stay at this Heirloom Airbnb with a big group of friends! The host was extremely responsive and quick with answering questions we had, and quickly responded to fix a broken toilet as well. One improvement I would suggest is one of the bathrooms with the standing shower did not have a proper shower door so the water constantly got out and got the whole bathroom floor wet. Other than that small thing, we had an excellent stay. The property was spacious and felt luxurious, and we appreciated not having a long list of exit cleaning-items to fulfill on checkout. Overall would recommend!!”
“We had an amazing stay in NOLA! The location was perfect and the home was a great fit for our big group. Everything overall made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only minor issue was that the water pressure in all of the showers could have been better, but it definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to others and would happily stay here again! ❤️✨”
“The apartment was just what they said it was. Full of amenities and the like. There were a few issues on the first day such as the gas being turned off for the stove and then later at night the code for the door was not working so that was definitely an inconvenience but it was resolved so no big deal. The area is great centralized close to lots of things. There's a great restaurant called cafe reconcile right downstairs that was phenomenal go down there and eat and support that place they're doing great things for the community. All in all the stay was great”
