Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Euterpey streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Cons:Netflix not available in the living room (had Netflix my room, so I was good lol) Neighborhood look a little sketchy but it was actually quite. Overall, I would recommend this stay.”
“We stayed here Thursday–Sunday for a 16-person bachelor party and overall had a great experience. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially allowing us to check in early, which made a huge difference for our group and was very much appreciated. The home was accurately listed for 16 guests, although with 16 grown men it did feel a little tight at times — which was understandable and not unexpected. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked well, and the kitchen was nice and reasonably well stocked for a large group. One important thing to note is that the pool is shared with neighboring units. Fortunately, the other guests hardly used it during our stay, so it was never an issue for us. The location worked well for our trip and was generally about 1–2 miles from everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.”
