Jamaica Plain, known fondly to locals as "JP," is one of the hippest neighborhoods in Boston. The area is known for its amazing green spaces and culinary scene; take a 5 minute walk to the scenic Franklin Park arboretum, or pick up a taco from Chilacates. JP's close proximity to downtown Boston makes this the perfect place for guests who want to explore the city while enjoying the local flavor of this quintessential Bean Town neighborhood.
Catch an orange line train from Green Street (4-6 minute walk) and you'll be in downtown Boston in about 15 minutes. If you're exploring Centre Street, take the 39 Bus to Back Bay Station. JP is also the most bike-friendly neighborhood in Boston; the Southwest Corridor Park stretches to Back Bay and is well worth the ride. Didn't bring your bike with you? Rent a Bluebike, Boston bicycle sharing program, for $10/day. The closest Bluebike station is located at the Green Street T station. Should you choose to bring a car, please be advised there is only on-street parking available. We advise all our guests to observe street signs and street cleaning days to avoid getting a ticket.

“Our group of five had a great stay. The home was stylish, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again!”
“Place was really incredible, some nice restaurants nearby and near to the train station into the city. The apartment was really clean and great for a group of us to stay. Most importantly Sidney was an incredible host, any questions she had she was extremely quick to respond and she was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!”
“Very nice place”
“Sidney’s place was perfect for my family’s trip to boston to celebrate my brother’s graduation. The layout was what we needed to accommodate 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby - with the included pack and play for easy setup. Plus, there was very minimal to do on our part to close up upon leaving. We loved the open kitchen and living room that has incredible natural light. My sister kept commenting on how it was the most comfortable airbnb she’s ever stayed in. It was also very walkable to a main strip of Jamaica Plain and easy T access. We would absolutely stay again.”
“sidney was communicative and responded very promptly. the place was well kept and in great condition. would recommend for all! thank you!”
“We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home and hope to return the next time we're in Boston. The decor was tasteful, and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the house. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 8-9 adults with four bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The farmhouse dining table made it easy for everyone to gather together for meals and conversations. The location was very convenient - an easy trip to and from the airport, just a two block walk to the T stop, and accessible to many Boston attractions. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, especially when we had questions about operating the stove and during a thunderstorm that caused a temporary power outage. Their communication and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this warm and welcoming home and would highly recommend it for families or larger groups visiting the Boston area.”
