Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 8-10 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“I wish I had more characters to write a very detailed review. I booked this location back in February for a bachelorette trip. 7 girls total so we wanted to make sure that each girl had their own bed even if they had to share a room. This place from photos had everything we needed until I arrived. There were actual live bugs crawling in the beds and termite wings in the beds and on top of the covers. David sent ONE cleaning lady to fix this and she didn’t change any linen or wash any sheets. When she left, there were still bugs crawling on the bed and pillows. After letting David know that my group could not stay there, he tried to accommodate with another Airbnb that was of less value for our group size. After I declined, he refused to give me a refund, it was against their policy. Even with photo/video evidence. Going through Airbnb corporate was a 4 hour headache but I FINALLY got a refund through them and was able to book somewhere else. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.”
