Located just southeast of downtown Austin across Ladybird Lake, our neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and vibrant. While our location is great for accessing the downtown Austin hotspots, there is plenty to do in the immediate area, such as frequent pop-up markets and cute coffee shops like Nena'i Café. We love living here, and think you will too!
The best way to get around is by rideshare, car, bike, or on foot. Sixth Street is located a quick 10-20 minute drive away depending on traffic conditions, as is Rainey Street and other tourist hotspots. Austin is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets available as well as a bikeshare program. Our immediate neighborhood is quite walkable.

“Sam’s units were wonderful. The listing describes them just as they are. Both homes were spacious enough for the 15 people that were in our group. Both homes were very well cleaning and made up nicely prior to arrival. They both gave a great homey feel. Parking on the premises was easy and we were able to fit about 6 cars in the driveway. Sam, the host was extremely responsive prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very accommodating with any questions we had or requests we made. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to any large groups that are traveling to the area.”

“We had a great stay at this location, using both houses for our group of 22. The homes are beautiful and feel brand new. They are very well accommodated with just about everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and all of the rooms were well laid out. The homes were decorated beautifully and felt modern and clean. Utilizing both homes was great for our group as it was easy to go between them and gather in the larger living room/kitchen of unit A. There was also room to park 5 cars within the gate that can be closed. The location within Austin is close to just about everything via car. The neighborhood is up and coming with some brand new homes and some older homes and lots. It felt safe but not really walkable to places of interest. The communication was outstanding with everything sent via email or text when needed. We don’t have any issues so never had to reach out for questions. Getting into the homes was simple with door codes provided ahead of time. A+ property!”
