All three structures have locks with door codes. Codes and other check in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check in.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!

The location
This family-friendly area is frequented by locals and visitors alike looking to explore the streets and the beach. While this home maintains proximity to the airport, the Nantucket downtown area has small shops, restaurants, and markets, only 15 minutes from our residence. The shoreline is easily accessible by several neighboring beaches, and downtown Nantucket is just a short bike ride away via the Surfside and Milestone Road Paths.
Getting around
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. There are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals near our home (bikes can be delivered right to the house); Island Bike Company Inc. and Easy Rider Bicycle Rentals. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Hertz Rentals is about a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Nantucket is just a shuttle or 20 min bike ride from our home, so you can go from beach to town in no time. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

“The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely redone with spacious bedrooms. Nice to host a large group in different houses. Not ideal for location based on the many places we have stayed...it was July 4th week so a lot of traffic into town from here. Taking 35+ minutes.”

“This property is amazing. We came down with a big crew - the multiple houses gave every part of a group opportunity to get away when they needed, and the large house was a perfect gathering spot. The backyard is spectacular. The host is incredibly responsive. We had a small issue with one of the locks, they immediately fixed it and then offered late check out to make up for it - and that is AFTER they let us check in early! I really can not recommend this place enough - if it matches your party size, i dont know if you'll find a better place for ANY occasion on Nantucket than this beautiful property. This was our 3rd year in a row, and we're already to reserve it again!!”
