The space
This listing consists of two non-connecting units located on the third and fourth floors of a 6-unit building. Guests can move between units using the shared building staircase. The property also features a shared courtyard available to all units. The units are not internally connected. Entry to Unit 3 requires 15 steps from street level to the second floor, followed by 24 additional steps to reach the third floor. Unit 4 requires an additional 24 steps from the third floor to reach the fourth floor. A metal handrail is available throughout. No elevator access. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Getting around
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.
