With its close proximity to the French Quarter and no shortage of things to do right around our home, this is the perfect location to soak up everything Nola has to offer. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals' favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
The best way to get around is by bike or Uber. The main Bywater dives (The Country Club, Oaxalis, Suis Generis, Elizabeth's, etc.) are less than a 5 minute walk. The French Quarter is a short taxi/uber away; however, many locals prefer to spend time here in the Marigny/Bywater, on Frenchman Street, or in the local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes that are all nearby. Walking in this neighborhood is safe, but we do recommend that you be aware of your surroundings at all times and make sure the door is locked as you come and go.

“I wish I could give this place 100 stars! It was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect , very central to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and other popular spots around the city. One thing we especially appreciated was the downstairs bedroom and bathroom setup for my grandmother. The low-step shower made things much easier and more comfortable for her. I did have a small user-error moment where I forgot my code, the hosts were incredibly responsive and patient with me and guided me through the process. They even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. My only minor complaint was that the water temperature didn’t get super hot. Other than that, this place truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking again the next time I’m back in New Orleans”
