This listing is comprised of two structures on a single private estate: a main house and a smaller in-law cottage. Both structures are for your group's exclusive use. There will be no other guests on the property during your stay. HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

The location
Our home is located in a peaceful area between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Enjoy the salt air off of the marsh, just outside of the sites and attractions of the city. The marsh water is just in your backyard and Tybee Island and its beaches are a short drive. This location is perfect for those looking to explore all that Savannah has to offer; the upbeat downtown and the tranquil islands.
Getting around
A car is definitely not required here but might be nice to have for guests who want to frequent areas a little further away from the home. If you decide to bring a car we offer free parking at the home. Our home is a quick 10 minute drive/ride share app from the heart of downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach. Ubers/Lyft and other ride share apps are very reasonable for quick rides to the best parts of Savannah. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable or great for bikes. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the home.

“Our family recently stayed here for a special “Legacy of Love” weekend celebration for my parents, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect space for our large family gathering, and my parents were truly surprised by how stunning the home was when they arrived. The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay. When we arrived, we noticed the trash cans were already full, but after reaching out, they immediately sent someone over to take care of it. We really appreciated how quickly they addressed the issue. We even hosted a family photo shoot on the front porch with about 30 family members! The gathering triggered the property’s noise alert system, and we received a message from the hosts, which was completely understandable given the size of our group. We did experience some flickering lights due to the weather and had a few internet issues, but those were clearly weather-related and not the fault of the Airbnb or”
