Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

The Boggy Creek Greenbelt is a short drive away, a slice of nature where oaks and pecans shade a trail along the creek, with Rosewood Neighborhood Park and its recreation center and public pool along the way. Coffee shops, bars, and offbeat local businesses are close at hand. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
Getting around
A car or rideshare is the easiest way to reach most of Austin from here, though the immediate neighborhood rewards walking. One marked off street parking space is available in the driveway, with room for a second vehicle depending on size, plus free street parking on surrounding side streets. CapMetro bus service runs nearby with connections toward downtown and the UT Austin campus. Please leave the second driveway clear for guests of the neighboring home.

“This was a great space for our very large group always hard to find something accommodating for a large group so, happy we found this place! Everything was great and Daniel was very responsive I would say the only thing was parking but there was tons of street parking right down the street from the house and felt safe in the area! Definitely would recommend!”
