We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The location
Our home is located in a peaceful area between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Enjoy the salt air off of the marsh, just outside of the sites and attractions of the city. The marsh water is just in your backyard and Tybee Island and its beaches are a short drive. This location is perfect for those looking to explore all that Savannah has to offer; the upbeat downtown and the tranquil islands.
Getting around
A car is definitely not required here but might be nice to have for guests who want to frequent areas a little further away from the home. If you decide to bring a car we offer free parking at the home. Our home is a quick 10 minute drive/ride share app from the heart of downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach. Ubers/Lyft and other ride share apps are very reasonable for quick rides to the best parts of Savannah. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable or great for bikes. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the home.

“The home was beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. There was plenty of room for our families. The backyard and dock was a pleasant surprise as it backed up to the marsh and water. Plenty of nature and a great place to catch the sunrise and sunset.”

“We had (3) families stay at this Savannah home. It was just as described on the website. The home was spacious, so we were all able to spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another. The kitchen table was large for family game nights. The large television accommodated all of our "men-folk" wanting to watch the college world series. Our host was wonderful. Any time I had a question or concern, he/she was prompt to answer and assist. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed. Our family would love to go back!!”

“The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, centrally located between Savannah and Tybee Island. Perfect size for our big group. Very peaceful and relaxing place. The steps to the front entrance were a little steep. They were a bit challenging for the older people in our group but we managed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.”
