You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our home is located on the southern edge of the eclectic Upper Boggy Creek neighborhood. This neighborhood is known for its diverse mix of graduate students, young professionals, as well as its quiet, tree-shaded streets & offbeat local businesses. While you're a quick 6 minute drive from downtown Austin here, there is no shortage of things to do in the immediate vicinity, such as picking up coffee at Bennu or a beer at Sour Duck Market. This is an ideal location for groups who want to access the best parts of Austin, but stay in a quiet neighborhood removed from the craziness of 6th Street. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
While this is a walkable location with no shortage of things to see and do in our immediate surroundings, our neighborhood also allows easy access to other popular parts of Austin. There is 1 dedicated off-street parking spot available for your use. There is also free on-street parking on surrounding side streets should you bring more than 1 vehicle. There is a stop for the 18 bus high-frequency route across the street which can take you to the heart of downtown Austin (near the Capitol) as well as the UT Austin campus.

“We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to circumstances completely out of our control after our flight was canceled and no alternative travel options were available. While we understand that policies are in place, we were very disappointed in the host’s lack of empathy and unwillingness to offer any flexibility or support during a stressful situation. Despite explaining our situation and exhausting all possible options, no exceptions or accommodations were considered, and we lost the full amount of our booking. A little understanding or communication would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I would recommend future guests carefully review cancellation policies and be aware that there may be little to no flexibility, even in unexpected situations.”
