Our home is located in a peaceful area between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Enjoy the salt air off of the marsh, just outside of the sites and attractions of the city. The marsh water is just in your backyard and Tybee Island and its beaches are a short drive. This location is perfect for those looking to explore all that Savannah has to offer; the upbeat downtown and the tranquil islands.
A car is definitely not required here but might be nice to have for guests who want to frequent areas a little further away from the home. If you decide to bring a car we offer free parking at the home. Our home is a quick 10 minute drive/ride share app from the heart of downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach. Ubers/Lyft and other ride share apps are very reasonable for quick rides to the best parts of Savannah. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable or great for bikes. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the home.

“Just returned from three fab nights here with a family of 10 (4 couples, 1 solo and baby). We booked last minute for the 4th of July. We are picky, but everyone praised the house! Highly recommend for large families as we even had 2 bedrooms left over. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in either direction (Downtown and Tybee), the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed watching fireworks from the jacuzzi. Overall the house was comfy and beautiful, but needed some TLC probably because it's always booked. Outdoor kitchen needed cleaning, floors were re-cleaned, missing screws on bar chairs, needed power washing and trash removal, and the master bath glass shower isn't aligned. Pro tips: We were able to park 4 trucks. 2 rooms downstairs are in a renovated garage but cute with own air. 2 pack and plays. Big closets. Needed extra blankets. Wifi for TVs is different, so ask. The rental is run by a corporation, very responsive. Book it before you miss out!”
“Beautiful house with so much space for our group of 11 girls! The perfect home base for a weekend girls trip to Savannah. Easy 15 minute car ride to most restaurants/popular spots in the area. Flexible and responsive host. Would highly recommend for larger groups!!”

“The place was very nice and our large group had a great time. There was plenty of room. The hot tub worked great and was well utilized. The grounds are nice and relaxing. The only minor issue was the downstairs AC struggled to maintain a constant temp. We alerted the owner and I'm sure they'll correct it.”
