Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-10 minute drive to the WWII Museum, a 15 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“I would like to start by saying that Heirloom’s customer service was very helpful and they were great communicators throughout our stay. I stayed here with friends for a birthday celebration. When we arrived, the house looked nice at first, but we quickly noticed several issues. We found black mold on the ceiling, dead moths on the walls in one bedroom, stains on the upstairs couch, and excessive dirt and fingerprints on the curtains and cabinets. In the bedroom my boyfriend and I stayed in, there were multiple moths or hornets every time we came back. Our sheets and comforter were also dirty, but Heirloom quickly replaced them. While I was showering, a white substance backed up into the shower, making the bathroom unusable. The location was convenient, but the cleanliness was far below expectations. For the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. We were disappointed because the pictures online did not reflect the overall condition of the property.”

“The house is beautiful and is a good location to get around, the bus stop is right down the way, so you can easily transit from the bus. And the host was very responsive, which was extremely helpful. It is a perfect place to stay with the family or friends would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning if going back to New Orleans.”
