In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

The Beach Institute neighborhood is an architectural and cultural gem. Beautiful historic homes line the lush, green streets and the atmosphere is vibrant and creative. Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center.
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

“If I could give this 4.5 stars I would. Jay was extremely responsive and the house was as described. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils, etc. The location was perfect. Still walkable but also out of the immediate busy market area. We had trouble with a few minor things that's bringing this review down from 5 stars. I would still rent again from them.”
“My daughter got married this weekend so we made a small vacation out of it w family flying in from Sweden and their first time in Savannah. Beautiful house w a lot of space so you never felt like you were on top of each other. Walking distance to restaurants and river street . We had a hiccup w the ac downstairs but communication w Jay was great and it was taken care of. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat for a great stay.”
“Overall the house was clean. However the photos did not match the interior or furnishings. We had a big problem with the spa it would not heat up and never got fixed the 5 days that we were there. We expected 2 queen beds on the 3rd floor but there were 3 full size beds instead this caused somewhat of an uncomfortable situation. The shower on the 3rd floor had barely a trickle of water and forced guests to have go on the 2nd floor to shower.”
“Jays place is in an awesome location walking distance to everything. My friends and I were able to hit more than 5 speakeasies, 5 restaurants and lots of shops, museums and more within a 10 to 15 minute walk or less. I absolutely hate when you book a home to accomodate a large group and there are plenty of rooms but the livingroom has a tiny sofa and a couple of chairs. What is the point of being together when you're unable to gather in the living room? That is not a problem in Jays place. The sofa easily accomodates five people compfortably. And with the dining room table is within view of the open concept living room so you have space for another six to hangout, watch TV, play games etc. The best thing about Jay's place is the service. It's easy to be a superhost when everything goes great. But Jay is responsive, professional and very friendly when dealing with any issue that may arise. I highly recommend his place.”

“We had asked Jay for earlier check-in and we were granted that no extra charge. It was a rainy weekend and the house had a musky smell throughout. All towels even folded we damp. I understand we were pretty in 3 hours early. Upon arrival and entering our house, the air-conditioning for the 2 upper levels was Not working. Jay was very responsive and was sending someone over. We went on with our already plans, but by 9pm our air-conditioning was functioning well. Very responsive. I'm sorry I had to give this BEAUTIFUL old home a 4 start rating. But I had 4 other woman who stayed as well, and we just had to be honest about everyone's experience. Thank you Jay!!”
