The Beach Institute neighborhood is an architectural and cultural gem. Beautiful historic homes line the lush, green streets and the atmosphere is vibrant and creative. Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center.
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

“We went to Savannah for a long girls weekend. The Airbnb was amazing. The furniture is different from the photos on the main level but the sectional couch was so comfy. There were lots of spices, coffee and oils for cooking which is a nice touch. The home has beautiful southern charm. We absolutely loved it. The team was very responsive to our questions and needs. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We also loved having a full kitchen to cook meals together, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was smaller than I had thought and was shared, but we made friends with the other guests and all was good.
