Both the building door and unit doors locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 8-10 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“This was a wonderful place to stay; the house has a ton of space, was in great condition, and not too far away from the city. The beds/linen are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. The host is very responsive.”
“Heirloom was a beautiful home! Very clean, the pool was amazing, two washers and dryers, overall an amazing home!!! The area was as you’d expect in Nola. Some blocks around us looked great, some not so great. The homes directly across the street looked concerning, but the neighbors were friendly and introduced themselves, let us know they wouldn’t be a bother, and didn’t bother us a bit during our stay. The only issue was the street work which was hopefully temporary. The street has sand instead of concrete, a large dumpster in the street from what looks like maybe a remodel happening nearby, and barricades on one end of the street with a small opening for cars to squeeze through. Hopefully this is temporary and not a long term issue, but overall was a fabulous home! Heirloom was extremely responsive and a great host!”
“Arrested Development Heads up! If you’re looking for an adventure— claim your spot on "Jackson Ave," with a bait & switch shortly before your trip when “oops, the owner just sold that home, but we can upgrade you to one not listed on AirBnB at no additional cost” and you end up over on St. Thomas "Street" (actually more of a sand & gravel pit/construction zone). For large groups, you’ll love the 5 bathrooms! Pro-tip: if the upstairs toilet runs, keeping you (and those directly under you) awake all night, simply turn the water off & on directly at the wall. I’ll say, the hosts did send over an abundance of towels — when we noticed there were none in the downstairs bath (we asked the cleaning person who hung out with us about an hour past check-in time, waiting on supplies & a ride). Towels were handy for the massive pools of water after using the downstairs shower (unavoidable) It’s BYOB—as in light bulbs, since half are out. *This host is running a scam & was reported”

“The location was, not as maintained as the 1st time I visited. Also, i wanted to the hot tub after the long drive but it would not work. The host additional instructions but I dont think they were aware of the system this home had. Although theybwere very responsive to ny concerns.”
