Both the building door and unit doors locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 8-10 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“The house was exactly as pictured, which we really appreciated. Dealing with Heirloom was easy & pleasant from start to finish. We absolutely loved having the swimming pool. The water was very warm & honestly felt more like a giant hot tub, but we still enjoyed relaxing in it after long days exploring New Orleans. We were also pleasantly surprised to find two full sets of washers & dryers. That made a huge difference and allowed everyone to get laundry done quickly without waiting around. One of our favorite things about this Airbnb was how easy everything was. Check in was simple, & check out was even better. When it was time to leave, we just gathered our belongings & headed out. No chore list, no stripping beds, no starting laundry, & no taking out trash. After staying at Airbnbs that seem to assign homework before checkout, this was a refreshing change! It honestly felt more like a hotel than a typical Airbnb. Overall, we had a great stay & would definitely stay here again!”
