Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“After searching through many homes for a friends’ weekend getaway, I came across this beautiful property, and it exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the home’s layout. It was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortably accommodated four couples with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and backyard were especially enjoyable—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. I highly recommend this home, as well as any of this host’s other listings, to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable getaway in the New Orleans area. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and made everything easy. A few small things that could make the stay even better: We shared parking with next door neighbors so we parked in the street it made getting to the front door tight at times. The couch could also use some updated cushions or a cover since there were a few visible stains. Lastly, the bathrooms were beautiful—I just wish the lighting was a little brighter for getting ready/ doing makeup. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!”
