“The house looked exactly like the photos. A lot of space for a big group of people without feeling over crowded. There were a few downsides to consider with this place. 1) There is a big problem with flies in one of the master bedrooms. After killing about 5, the next day there were 10 more. They were only on one side of the house, which was unfortunate because it was our bride's room that had the fly problem (this was a bachelorette party). So, unfortunately she ended up sharing a room/sleeping on the couch to avoid the flies. 2) One of the nights there, the front keypad was completely dead, so we didn't have a way to get in, and one of the girls was there outside alone because she left the bars early. So it was stressful having her outside alone in an unknown area. 3) The last downside is that the pool vacuum and hose were connected and in the pool the entire time, and the hose kept getting in the way of everyone. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!”
“Great stay for a large group. The host was very responsive and helped fixed my issues right away. For example, one of the toilets wasn’t flushing the first night and they sent a plumber early in the morning before the rest of my group came. There were some issues with the WiFi and a few dirty linens, but the host came by to offer to fix the WiFi and bring new linen. The Airbnb is a great stay if you want to host a large group. All the rooms were nice, and the pool was great. Very close to Downtown Scottsdale and Old Town. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again with the above issues being fixed.”

“We checked into another Airbnb this evening. Awful. Dirty. Pool and hot tub were not functioning. Fill of bugs and algae. Neighborhood was sketchy. Didn’t realize Scottsdale had a shanty area. I texted the host and was told they would fix next day. Usha at Airbnb helped me pivot, cancel this home, and secure this replacement property in 2 hours. We moved into it at 10pm. Long day. But the hosts and heirloom could not have been more accommodating, saving our 3 night stay in Scottsdale. The home was in better neighborhood. House was updated. Pool was good. Thank you heirloom and Airbnb for quick response and facilitating our move following a 5 hour flight and potentially frustrating experience”
“I cannot say enough good things about this home. Myself and 11 friends stayed here for my bachelorette party this past weekend. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean and they were as beautiful as the photos provided. The layout is extremely well planned out and convenient; having a master w/ en-suite in each wing as well as a separate bathroom in each wing as well. The communication was absolutely phenomenal. Upon arrival it appeared that the pool vacuum had a clog and wasn’t getting all the leaves from the bottom of the pool. The next morning their pool worker was there bright and early, and even helped us with a couple other questions we had, on top of being extremely kind. Lastly the only thing I was a little worried about was the noise meters. We are all in our 30’s so not a wild bunch but we tend to have loud voices and laughs. We had a speaker outside by the pool and definitely had lots of laughs and never was notified of a complaint. Again I cannot recommend higher.”
