We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. “This house was absolutely beautiful! Everything was just as lovely as we hoped, and it made our stay in New Orleans even more special. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. You could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making sure guests felt right at home. “My group of 5 stayed here for a week during our trip to NOLA. Check in was super easy, the rooms were clean & spacious, and everyone enjoyed having access to a hot tub & on-site laundry. The host Charlie was very communicative and made sure we had everything we need. This place also has the shortest checkout process I've ever experienced on AirBnB! The neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant to walk. There is a nearby corner store that we frequented for po' boy sandwiches and basic necessities. The ferry over to the French Quarter is about a 20-minute walk. I would say the only drawback to this quiet residential area is the lack of nearby grocery & restaurant options, especially later in the evening. Overall this was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend it to groups who are looking for a quiet spot to relax and experience New Orleans without being right in the middle of it.”
