“We arrived early by 30 minutes and were told we could not check in early, which is fine but a bit inconsiderate considering the heat. However we were told to continue to wait outside until someone arrived. No one came finally we let ourselves in 10/15 minutes after the posted check in time. No one ever came or apologized. They had plenty of time during our stay to make up for the inconvenience and did not. Aside from that the space was wonderful.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was extremely spacious, easily accommodating our group of nine without feeling crowded at all. The location was fantastic—situated just a short walk from local restaurants and tourist attractions, which saved us so much time and hassle. “Host was really great and very responsive. The unit was perfect for our size group, clean included necessities like shampoos and hair dryers and most important the beds are very comfortable. Within walking distance to the quarter and all the things. Be mindful that there are other units in the same building for noise consideration. We did experience some rowdy neighbors late one evening but that is beyond control of host. Would highly recommend!!!!! Great place. Great location. Great stay!”

“Great location and the Airbnb had plenty of space. During the stay, the AC stopped working. There appeared to be potential mold around the air vents and the back of the unit smelled as such. We did capture a video of mice running around at night in the kitchen/living area and shared video with the property management company. All in all, great location, but work needs to be done to the unit. But it is New Orleans so to be expected.”
