The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Savin Hill is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem. Getting around
The Savin Hill subway station is within walking distance. From Savin Hill, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, our street offers free on-street parking.

“Accommodation as expected, provided a convenient base for our group attending World Cup matches. Easy and quick to get to central Boston from jfk / umass station which is 5 mins walk. Decent selection of nearby places for food and groceries, we liked the banshee bar which is 1 mins walk from the accommodation. Hosts very responsive in accommodating with early check in and late check out which we really appreciated.”
