Our home is located on the southern edge of the eclectic and family-friendly Upper Boggy Creek neighborhood. This neighborhood is known for its diverse mix of graduate students, young professionals, and families as well as its quiet, tree-shaded streets & offbeat local businesses. While you're a quick 6 minute drive from downtown Austin here, there is no shortage of things to do in the immediate vicinity, such as picking up coffee at Bennu or a beer at Sour Duck Market. This is an ideal location for groups who want to access the best parts of Austin, but stay in a quiet neighborhood removed from the craziness of 6th Street. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
While this is a walkable location with no shortage of things to see and do in our immediate surroundings, our neighborhood also allows easy access to other popular parts of Austin. There is 1 dedicated off-street parking spot available for your use. There is also free on-street parking on surrounding side streets should you bring more than 1 vehicle. There is a stop for the 18 bus high-frequency route across the street which can take you to the heart of downtown Austin (near the Capitol) as well as the UT Austin campus.

“This was the best choice for hosting my friends and family for my wedding weekend. The Two units that connected through the backyard was extremely convenient and helped us accommodate our friends with kids. The jacuzzi was awesome, so clean, and great location if you enjoy east Austin. Charlie was so responsive and helpful, and we had the pleasure of meeting Andy who I believe was another owner of some sort. There was a leak from the heavy rain and they were on it immediately when we informed them about it. 5 stars through and through! Thank you for the hospitality!”
