Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“Hosted my sister’s bachelorette here. It was the perfect setting to relax, have our own space but still have access to public transportation or ubers to get downtown. Super comfortable and cozy. Only thing I’d comment on is cleanliness, some things were overlooked — dirt in the entrance, grill not taken care of, etc. But overall we had a lovely time.”

“First, the home was beautiful, very well appointed and well stocked with toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The beds were just ok. The bed in the master, had huge divots on each side of the mattress. The biggest issue, however, was that the third floor bedroom smelled horribly of mold... you got blasted in the face with the smell as soon as you hit the stairs. This was really annoying because five of us were supposed to stay in the house together, none of us would sleep in the 3rd floor bedroom due to health concerns so one guest checked into a hotel as a result, which left the four of us to cover the entire expense of the property. While it seemed like a good deal splitting the property five ways, it wasn't such a deal splitting it four ways. I communicated this to the owner after our stay and they said I should have let them know and they could have had the cleaning people come over, but a mold smell like that needs isn't going to go away from some Pine Sol. It was a serious issue...”
