Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“We had a wonderful time on our trip to New Orleans. This was a perfect spot that felt private but easy to travel to and from the city. The area was quiet, the house was clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the hosts were responsive, flexible, helpful and accommodating! Everything was perfect and I would recommend this stay.”
“We had a wonderful stay at Heirloom! The communication was excellent from start to finish—they were incredibly quick to respond and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. It really made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and felt so welcoming and homey. The pool was also a great addition and made the stay even more enjoyable, especially for the family. One small suggestion would be to have a Keurig or single-serve coffee maker instead of a traditional coffee pot, which would be a nice convenience for guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Heirloom to others!”

“really nice, spacious, and the perfect amount of room for our event. It accommodated our group well, and we were able to enjoy the property and make great use of the space. There were, however, a few maintenance and security concerns that I feel are important to mention. During our stay, we experienced water leakage in one of the bedrooms as well as in the living room, which was concerning and inconvenient. The outdoor patio furniture around the pool area also needs attention, as several of the patio chairs/seats appeared to be dry-rotted and were not in good condition for use. I also had a concern regarding the privacy and security of the pool area. While my friends and I were in the pool, an individual staying at a neighboring B&B was able to walk directly into the backyard/pool area. Regardless of whether it was accidental, it was uncomfortable to realize that someone from a neighboring property could access the area so easily. Aside from these issues, the property itself was nice”
