Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“Our group of 10 stayed at this home while in New Orleans for a birthday trip. This house was a complimentary upgrade from Heirloom which was a very nice surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the location was literally within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. We did have an issue with the pool cleanliness due to the recent storms in the area but Heirloom quickly rectified the issue and had it cleaned. The host was extremely accommodating in all our requests including early check in and late check out. We did have an issue with our flights for some of our party and weren’t able to find a common ground when we asked about extending our stay; but the host was still very understanding and helpful with our situation. I would definitely book again if in the area.”
“really nice, spacious, and the perfect amount of room for our event. It accommodated our group well, and we were able to enjoy the property and make great use of the space. There were, however, a few maintenance and security concerns that I feel are important to mention. During our stay, we experienced water leakage in one of the bedrooms as well as in the living room, which was concerning and inconvenient. The outdoor patio furniture around the pool area also needs attention, as several of the patio chairs/seats appeared to be dry-rotted and were not in good condition for use. I also had a concern regarding the privacy and security of the pool area. While my friends and I were in the pool, an individual staying at a neighboring B&B was able to walk directly into the backyard/pool area. Regardless of whether it was accidental, it was uncomfortable to realize that someone from a neighboring property could access the area so easily. Aside from these issues, the property itself was nice”
