You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. Here, you'll be centrally located to access the best of the area: first-class nightlife and entertainment, outdoor activities, and fine dining await you and your group.
Getting around
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Both off-street and on-street parking is available. The driveway has space for 2 cars. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, there is a bus stop only a few steps from the house "44th St & Osborn Rd" that will take you to a majority of the shops in the area. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.

“A nice home, but could have been cleaned better prior to arriving. A few towels had black stains on them, so I contacted host and a day later new towels were dropped off. Had a noise complaint from the neighbor at 9:30pm that was unfortunately taken to AirB&B directly by the neighbor not by the host. Outdoor amenities were nice, but again the outdoor table and chairs looked like they hadn't been clean prior to arrival. Overall nice place but needed to be a little more clean before arriving. I asked host to contact me at a certain time but wasn't contacted until a couple hours later when I was out busy doing stuff. Overall responsive host.”

“David’s place was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer. What really stood out was David as a host. He was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference for our trip. Not having to keep all of our luggage in the car while waiting for the normal check-in time made everything so much easier and let us start enjoying our vacation right away. The house was exactly what we needed, communication was great, and the overall experience was excellent. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly book this property again in the future.”
