“We had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was a good size for 7 adults. The layout was great and the high ceilings & windows made the living area feel so big. We even got to see a wedding parade walking down the street outside the windows. This area & location was perfect - quiet, clean, and safe but an easy 10/15 minute walk into the French Quarter & Bourbon Street . The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in & check-out. It was a great stay for our first time in NOLA. Would recommend & would stay here again!”

“Charlie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the property was nice, but it wasn’t the most ideal setup for the purpose of our trip, as we were in town for a wedding. There were no closets or drawers in the house, which made it difficult to unpack and get organized. The layout also wasn’t particularly kid-friendly, with two staircases to navigate. That said, the kitchen and living area were very nice, and I think this would be a great place for a weekend getaway with friends or a bachelor/bachelorette party. I would definitely recommend it for that type of trip!”

“We stayed with our family of five and enjoyed the New Orleans location. However, the stay was disappointing and poorly handled. On the first night around 2 AM, water leaked from the master bedroom sprinkler pipes directly onto the bed we were sleeping in for ~30 min and soaked the sheets. It ruined our first night of rest. Management inspected the next day and claimed there was no problem. They provided fresh sheets. It did not leak again, but that does not undo the disruption. We escalated and requested a refund. We spoke with Connie, who seemed willing to help but said further escalation was required. The offer was minimal and did not make up for the soaked bed and lost sleep. Other issues: • Sticky floors throughout the apartment • One room was tiny and mostly filled by the bed • Bright green light in the master bedroom that could not be turned off The location was great, but property issues and inadequate response left us frustrated. We would not recommend this place.”

“Lovely space—very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Our host, Charlie, was also fabulous to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!”
