“The location is a couple of blocks from the Superdome and walking distance to a grocery store and many restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone with big family, because there rooms on every floor. This worked for my family since we had members who didn’t want to climb stairs.”
“This establishment is historic, beautiful, and a unique set-up. We love all the space, comfortable beds, and an overall private feeling in the middle of city chaos. We did have opportunities with the lock system through the house (wrong code initially and locks getting stuck), poor internet service, and wonky garbage disposal. With all the concerns,The heirloom group was always response to our concerns and needs , offering resolution. They even called for feedback on our last day asking how things could be done better. Nothing is always perfect in this process, but awesome communication like heirloom provided, is the key to make it all work.”
“When I booked this Airbnb, one of the questions asked was if it was a business trip or for pleasure. I stated business. The wifi was critical, which we did not have access. We could not get into the building when we first arrived, the kitchen sink was broken, lights in the bathroom flickering, railing going upstairs was lose, alarm due to dead batteries went off at 6am. We finally left because we could not use the wifi. We asked for a refund and the amount they offered was unacceptable and they refused to offer a decent amount. I would not recommend this establishment.”
“We stayed here for work instead of staying at the Hyatt and it was a good choice. Super convenient to walk over, lots of restaurants, juice bar & grocery store nearby. The beds were super comfortable. Two of the rooms have outdoor entrances and are separated from the house. It worked great for the 4 of us.”

“The PERFECT Nola getaway! Absolutely beautiful house with a uniquely amazing layout! Perfect location with easy walks to amazing restaurants, super comfortable beds and furniture, lots of lighting, with a large private courtyard! The on street parking was convenient, as it allows you to park directly in front of the unit. The host was super responsive and the entire place was very clean and fresh! Checkout was ridiculously convenient - literally did not have to lift a finger to do any extra work with cleanup/trash. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely making this a priority spot for future Nola visits.”
