Located a quick 2 min walk away from Forsyth Park, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront. There are a few homes in the neighborhood that need to be renovated, so while this could still be considered a transitional neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park (2 minute walk) and SCAD (12 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

“We absolutely loved our stay! We came in for a Bachelorette trip. It’s about a 10-20 minute walk to the super fun stuff and the walk is beautiful. The home fit 8 of us very comfortably it was very spacious. Charlie responded quickly and helped in so many ways. The pool and home are worth the price. The only negatives were that you are right below another unit so you can hear some noise if they’re loud. The shared space is definitely very shared as there are multiple units so if you’re looking for privacy this isn’t the place for you but if you’re outgoing you’ll love it! I highly recommend this home I’ll 100% stay here again the next time I visit Savannah!”
“We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was properly fitted with everything needed to cook on site, and the beds were so comfy. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. While there is just street parking we never had an issue being able to park right out front. The location is perfect to get to anything in town and close to a grocery store. Charlie was super responsive and answered any questions we had writhing minutes. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.”
