Our property is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Euterpey streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“My bachelorette trip was supposed to be at the beach but it got cancelled because of the hurricane and Chris was super helpful and responsive with a last minute booking!! We had a blast!! The house had plenty of space and the living room area is even bigger than the pictures make it seem! Would definitely stay again!!”

“This Airbnb was exceptional for 12 women…the living room and kitchen was an open space so we could all be together very comfortably in one room. Transportation via bus and trolley was close enough to walk to it but we hired a Limo called Soul Food Tours to take us everywhere which was amazing. The linens were so comfy, as was the beds. Some enjoyed the pool which was beautiful…The kitchen was stocked with the best coffee and tons of dishes and pans to cook. It as truly the cleanest and nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at and I’ve been to many. We will definitely be back in the Spring of 2027 and will stay at Charlie’s place again…can’t wait❣️”
