We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Getting around
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

“This downtown apartment was right in the middle of where we wanted to be on this girls trip. There was 9 of us and we fit very comfortably. The amenities were good and the apartment was easy to access. We had most everything we needed. Communication was great. Beds were comfortable, but yes, the noise outside on a weekend night is not for the faint of heart but it didn’t keep any of us up.”

“This was the perfect unit for our bachelor/bachelorette parties. The units are in the heart of Savannah and everything is walkable. The units were clean, host was responsive and we would certainly book again. “Excellent location and beautiful condo. Everything was very clean and communication with host was great. There was a last minute a/c issue before we checked in but they were very quick in offering another accommodation in same building that was even nicer than our original rental. Stayed with a large group of 6 with an infant and we all had a great experience!Highly recommend!”
