The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. The entire home, the backyard, the pool, and the hot tub are private to your group. When arriving, if the gate is closed you will need to idle at the gate, roll the gate open, then pull into the driveway.
Guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our local team is available to assist.

Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our home sits in Montopolis, a quiet and diverse neighborhood southeast of downtown Austin, just across Lady Bird Lake. The area is close to green space, including Roy G. Guerrero Colorado River Metro Park with its riverside trails, the Colorado River Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Riverside Golf Course. Downtown Austin is a drive northwest, putting the city's restaurants, music venues, and attractions within easy reach by car. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around from here, as most errands in the immediate area require driving. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is close by, which makes arrivals and departures simple. Downtown Austin, Rainey Street, and the Sixth Street entertainment district are all a drive northwest. Four private off street parking spaces are available on site behind a gated driveway, with free street parking in the neighborhood for larger groups.

“Myself and 15 other girls stayed at this property for my sister’s bachelorette, and we had the BEST time! The pictures really don’t do the house justice, the living area is so spacious, and most of the bedrooms are much bigger than they look, with gorgeous bathrooms on each floor and an en-suite in the master bedroom. The only small drawback is that there isn’t a wardrobe in the master, but lots of the other bedrooms had really spacious wardrobes, so this wasn’t an issue for us. The outside area is fantastic too. We stayed in August, so the pool was definitely on the warmer side, which was probably the only slight downside, but we still spent hours out there enjoying it and making the most of the included floaties! We had a hibachi chef, yoga instructor and dance instructor all come to the house, and it was easy to find with plenty of space to host everything. I also loved how well-equipped the kitchen was, particularly with the amount of plates and cutlery available for a big group.”
