“The house was even nicer than the photos. Beds were super comfortable and the porch and pool area were amazing. Heirloom was super-responsive to any questions we had. I would note, only as a heads up, that Heirloom also manages a 9BR "inn" at the property next door. There was a large group while we were there that spent the day outside playing music. It did not impact our stay at all and it was only loud during reasonable daytime hours, but if your only plan is to sit by the pool and quietly relax, this might be impacted depending on who is staying next door. But it's New Orleans, so this shouldn't be your plan..”
“This place was great for accommodating our family of 10. Plenty of room and seating. Comfy beds. The location is perfect for walking to near by coffee (French truck)and food (Bowers) Pizza near by as well. There is a bar (Barrel Proof)across the street open at night if that’s what you’re in to. It’s really laid back if you just want a drink or two. The place is really nice although they could do a better job of dusting. But all in all it’s a really nice place to stay in the lower garden district. Easy to get around by foot or by car. You’ll definitely want to take the trolley or a car to the French quarter. It is as pictured on Airbnb, Parking can be a little bit of an inconvenience if you don’t get to park right in front of the house but we were there in off season (July) so we got blessed to be able to park right out front. The management company is very easy to communicate with if you have ANY problems or questions they were quick and friendly to responded. We would definitely stay”
“Beautiful place with comfortable beds and great ac- host only responded to what you couldn’t do not about fixing toilet”
“Home is very nice - screened in porch and pool is a gem. So relaxing. Kitchen and seating areas spacious.”
“This is the first place I’ve stayed in where the actual home surpassed the photos. We were so sad to leave it! Absolutely fantastic and a great walking neighborhood, as well.”
“Better than we dreamed! Bed felt like sleeping in a cloud, screened in porch with big tv, phone numbers posted to make it easy for anyone in the group (not just me who booked online) to contact the hosts, pool was clean and perfect temperature, bright kitchen with updated appliances, nice decorative touches that felt well thought out but without that cookie cutter fake feel. A big group from all different backgrounds all adored it and said would come back or recommend to family!”
