“Overall I would give it 3.5 stars. The listing photos do not match the description. The front and back is unkept. Downstairs the candles were used as ashtrays with beer lids, there was also a used vape that one of our young kids grabbed, and there was trash. The pool deck has loose boards and screws the dock has loose rotting boards making it feel like you’ll fall through. The ping pong paddles were worn and we had to purchase more. The couch and rug inside is worn and falling apart. We couldn’t keep the 3 cats from next door away. The listing says there’s only 2 camera’s on the outside but there is really 5. One of lights in the bedrooms has electrical issues and flashed continuously. The pool guy and landscaper showed up unexpectedly which caught us off guard. A heads up would have been beneficial, because it was awkward. More towels are needed. It kept the kids busy and we had a good time with family, the kayak’s were fun. Lots of pans in the kitchen.”

“we booked for 3 nights for a family vacation. we had more than enough beds and seating options. with all the amenities, we never left the house. the house keeping was top notch. felt like a luxurious hotel. some of the reviews about the flooring and pool hiccups scared me but we had 0 issues with either. the back door keypad gave us some problems but it was fine. a few steps away and you can use the front door to let everyone else in. heirloom stayed in contact with me though out the trip to make sure everything was up to par. the pool guy came both days to check in. I really appreciated that. I hope we can make this an annual tradition here. highly recommend!!”

“We stayed here with 11 guests total and we had a lot of room for everyone. The pool and water access were a crucial part to our stay that everyone really enjoyed. The house was clean and very peaceful. Everyone had a great weekend!”

“The photos do not match the house. It is in desperate need of updating. The keypad on the door did not work at check in and we got locked out multiple times, locks on the bedroom doors were broken, the pool was green and the heater did not work properly even though I messaged 2 weeks prior to check in to ensure the pool would be ready to use. The flooring throughout the house is popping up and very dangerous to walk around without shoes. The houses foundation feels slanted inside. There are multiple stray cats outside on the furniture at all times. The couch is worn down inside and looks nothing like the photos. The maintenance man was as helpful as he could be but there wasn’t much that could be done after checking in. There is a huge dead tree over the pool that is auto be cut down after our stay. I huge limb fell while we were there and luckily it happened overnight. I have spoken to the company multiple times with no resolution yet. Overall it was very overpriced and disappointing.”

“Stay there was great. We had some issues with the fridge, but they were quick to try to resolve it and ultimately it was fine! About an hour away from New Orleans, but easy to grab Ubers. It was relaxing and perfect weather in March.”
