We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Erica Davis Lowcountry for some fresh, local seafood. Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.

“The house was very accommodating for our group of 12 guests, and the host was extremely responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. The beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only recommendation I would make is regarding the cleaning turnaround between guests. After checkout, there appeared to be only one person responsible for cleaning the entire house before the next guests arrived. As a result, she was still cleaning when we arrived and seemed rushed. We also found hair in one of the beds, which I shared with the host along with a photo. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, comfortable, and met our needs well.”
“The house overall was decent as far as the cleanliness but I would not recommend this house at all due to the excessive maintenance issues. When we arrived it looked like we pulled up to a jungle because the grass was SO TALL (front and back). I reached out to host and they sent someone the next day which was disappointing because we lost a night in the back because we couldn’t enjoy due to how bad it looked. The house had bad plumbing issues. The master bedrooms toilet kept getting clogged and we had to continue to plung it just for it to flush. The shower drain didn’t work, every time I got in the shower I was standing in a huge puddle of water. Also we could hear every time someone flushed the toilet upstairs. The upstairs bathroom started having issues flushing day two as well. One bedroom upstairs randomly lost power our last night and was extremely humid upstairs for all our guest. It was very random because it was not a storm or nothing extra plugged in. No tvs in bedrooms but 1”
“We booked this place for a short birthday beach trip to Hilton Head over the weekend and it was perfect for our large group. The outdoor area was nice, and the kitchen/back patio was put to good use. Everyone loved the place, beds were comfy, and it was a blast. Would recommend!”
