Chilacates on Amory Street is about a 10 minute walk and a local favorite for tacos, and Centre Street, lined with restaurants, cafes, and independent shops, is around 15 minutes on foot. The Arnold Arboretum and Franklin Park are both a 20 minute walk or a short drive away. JP's proximity to downtown Boston makes this a great base for guests who want to explore the city while enjoying the local flavor of the neighborhood. Green Street station on the Orange Line is about a 7 minute walk and puts you in downtown Boston in roughly 15 minutes. If you are exploring Centre Street, the 39 bus runs to Back Bay Station. Bluebikes, Boston's bike share program, is available for $10 per day and the closest station is at Green Street. Rideshare is widely available throughout the neighborhood.

“Such a fantastic stay. Was very tidy and clean, with the most comfortable bed/bedding. Having a private parking space is a huge bonus. Angela responded quickly to any questions, was wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“The space is exactly as the pictures show. It’s a nice size for a large group with plenty of space to prepare meals and hang out together. We did have some issues during our stay as there was construction one morning that was very loud and disturbing as we were from the west coast and it was 6am in our bodies. The construction should have been mentioned or at the very least scheduled when the above unit was vacant as the walls and floors are very thin!! There was also a very loud and piercing alarm that persisted for several hours several times a day for three days! I let the host know and although she was quick to respond there was not a solution until 3 days later. This made it very hard to relax and enjoy our time with family as it was grating on our nerves. There was no compensation offered for this and when we finally asked for a small refund they told us they had to talk to two departments for the authorization and we wouldn’t find out the result for three weeks. “Angela’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! Everything was immaculate, neat, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. She did a fabulous job with the décor, and every detail made the space feel warm and comfortable. All our needs were met throughout our stay. The apartment was located in a great area of Boston, making it easy for our group of women to unwind, enjoy sightseeing, and experience the city. For some of us, the trip was a return to our roots; for others, it was an opportunity to enjoy Boston’s wonderful atmosphere for the first time. Angela provided us with the perfect place to relax and rest after our adventures. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to visiting again—hopefully for a longer stay next time!”
