“This property was amazing for my friends and me! The location was right in the downtown historic district of Savannah and so walkable to anything we could think of! The beds were super comfortable as well for a good nights rest! Whenever I had a question about anything, the team at Hierloom responded in less than 10 minutes making every interaction professional, kind, and beyond helpful! “The house is beautiful and it was very clean. We had a little bit of trouble checking in because the gate code didn't work right away at 4 o'clock. The communication with the host was a bit difficult because it seems like they hired a company to do their communication but it was never the same person answering messages or the phone so solving the check-in issue took some time. Somebody did always answer pretty quickly it was just a little bit disjointed. We never did get the back gate code to work and had to leave it unlocked after climbing the fence to get in. It was a beautiful house and very clean however. Very comfy beds and very central location”

“Nice home, but we had to enter from the alley. Would be nice if the front door worked. The patio was also dirty/messy so we did not get to sit there. Overall we enjoyed our stay!”
