Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make these your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk to the WWII Museum, an 8-10 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the homes feature plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“We rented both homes for our large group. We had a blast and the connecting backyards was perfect for what we needed. We were able to treat them like one home. The homes themselves were gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable and the decorative aspects were great. Everyone was extremely impressed by these rentals. The neighborhood raised some eyebrows, but there was no concern for safety. Also the access to the rest of New Orleans was near perfect. Any other complaint would be superficial, as we couldn’t rave enough about these beautiful homes. And that’s from a group of guys from all over the country!”

“We had a group of 20 and rented out this space plus the identical one next door. The one issue we had was difficulty getting the code for check in(I think their automated message was broken). Minus that small hiccup the place was perfect. Clean, great bathrooms, very comfortable beds. I would stay again in a heartbeat, especially if you have a large group. Really ideal.”

“This is a truly fabulous place to stay and I would definitely want to book there again. The only issue was that it turned out that our space was double booked, so imagine my surprise when I look up and find 4 strange men walking in our front door!! They were there to celebrate a bachelor party (and they had already been drinkly heavily). l immeditaely called the folks at Heirloom and they handled the situation. Why I'm even writing this is because what occurred was that they had given the same code to this other group as they ahd given to us!! NOT Cool! And while they did aplogize and even refunded some of the dollars for the inconvenience, it definitely put a sour note on what had been a really glorious experience. The space lives up to the pictures. It's a content craetors dream come true and the 12 ladies that were there loved the space. Again, the only thing was having strangers enter the house, and thankfully we were all there and no one was alone.”
