“Our group of 9 had a lovely stay. We were moved to another apartment as the condo we were going to stay in was sold. The new place served our needs well with a larger common area and kitchen space for us to gather. The kitchen was lacking some of the basic plates / utensils for cooking. The location was well placed to walk everywhere - either to French quarter or CBD / Garden District. As it is a converted office none of the bedrooms had windows which meant there was very little light or fresh air. The water pressure in the two common bathrooms was almost non existent and very weak in the shared en-suite. Place is great for a big group but needs a bit of love to make it top notch.”
“The communication was fast and we had good advance notice for everything we needed to know throughout our stay. We've stayed here twice now and would certainly consider staying again!”
“Loved my stay, bigger and nicer than expected, photos don't do it justice!”
“Plenty of space to meet our needs. The setup is different from the typical, but that adds to its unique charm. Very convienent to the French Quarter but also quiet at night when we wanted to sleep. Davis was responsive to all of our needs. Thanks!”
“Wonderful stay!”
“David's place was really nice, multiple people in the group commented that they were surprised at how big it felt. It was close to everything we wanted to do which was great. One slight downside, the AC never seemed to be able to catch up to the set point (69), usually hovering around 72, making for some warmer-than-desired nights. But it was especially hot in NOLA when we visited, so this is likely only an issue on the hotter days in the summer.”
