“Book somewhere else! The instructions for accessing the home were incorrect. The instructions say to use the upstairs door. There were literally 4 lock boxes near that door. The keypad didn't work. Two of the 3 lockboxes were wide open with no key in them. The code didn't work for the last one so I called the mgt. company. They gave me a different code to open it- but when I did, there was no key in it! We could not get in. The mgt. company said they would call me back (it was 9:30 pm and pitch dark outside). I walked around the property and found a different door, which said please do not use this door- use the upstairs door. There was a lockbox near it, so out of desperation, I tried it with the code they had given me. It opened and there was a key in it- for the door it said not to use. Obviously the management co. either didn't know that or didn't want to tell me. So, we were able to get in. The key only worked on that door, so the entire stay we used the door with the sign sayi”
“Amazing unit - so much space, bigger kitchen and dining than expected. Very easy drive to get to local areas, food, coffee, etc. Same price as local hotels and much better accommodations!”
“This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location is perfect. The house is so cozy but spacious. We loved our time at Heirloom. We look forward to our next time back!”
“Heirloom was great to work with. I really appreciated their flexibility and transparency throughout the process.”
“Lovely stay for our family! Plenty of room to spread out and not feel crammed.”
“This space was perfect for our extended family reunion with grandparents, parents and young children. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together without feeling like we were on top of each other. We visited in the summer, and the brook that runs by the property kept our 6- and 4-year-olds entertained for hours. It was easy to get around Stowe, and in winter, you can't beat this location for mountain access. We had one issue with furniture, but the host was responsive and proactive in finding a solution, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place for a group trip to Stowe!”
