We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. The neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, but there is no shortage of options available to those looking to explore the rest of the city. We are ~1 min walk away from the closest Canal Street streetcar stop. This is the best way to get to the French Quarter and CBD. Rideshare services are a popular option too. New Orleans is also a great place for bicyclists, as there are plenty of rental outlets available nearby.

“Staying here did feel like home. Everything was nice and clean. All the sheets you could tell was properly cleaned and disinfected. When we had an issue it was addressed promptly. Only thing we weren’t happy about was how the neighbors were parking. They would leave little to no room for our vehicle. Overall, it was a great stay.”
“Great Airbnb with temperature control settings on ground and upper floor separately! Rooms were large and great for our party of 8. We had ample off street parking for our two cars and were able to befriend the neighborhood cats! Host was very responsive and timely with replies, home is right next to streetcar stop but not much to walk to around the location.”
“This property is a total gem! It’s the absolute perfect mix of old charm with all the convenience of modern day. It was so large. It was way bigger than we expected. Unfortunately, the hot tub was down the entire stay, which It wasn’t a must for us. The hot water was the only downside - it was very iffy. Get warm, cold then extremely hot for a moment and then right back to lukewarm. Overall, it was an amazing property, great location and the trolly was only steps away. Would still recommend and would definitely stay again!”
